    There's no way "Yes" will ever win if a One Party State is the prize. However if there are pro-independence parties across the political spectrum then independence is inevitable. It might take Scottish Conservatives a while to reconcile themselves with dropping "Unionist" from the party title but eventually they must realise that their interests and the interests of the party south of the border are no longer aligned.
